【急診急救】“急診急救護(hù)理新進(jìn)展”培訓(xùn)班

繼JCI初級(jí)評(píng)審圓滿結(jié)束后，我院護(hù)理部又于2013年6月21日至22日在A22樓會(huì)議室成功舉辦了“急診急救護(hù)理新進(jìn)展”培訓(xùn)班。本班邀請(qǐng)了南京鼓樓、蘇大附院及我院急診科的多位專(zhuān)家授課，并進(jìn)行了跨市跨醫(yī)院的學(xué)術(shù)交流。
學(xué)習(xí)班于21日8時(shí)在護(hù)理部高燕主任的開(kāi)幕詞中拉開(kāi)帷幕，專(zhuān)家們演講生動(dòng)，授課內(nèi)容豐富多彩，學(xué)員們學(xué)習(xí)氣氛濃厚，受益匪淺。
培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后，各醫(yī)院精英骨干在急診室護(hù)士長(zhǎng)王明明帶領(lǐng)下赴搶救室參觀學(xué)習(xí)，參觀中針對(duì)我科室搶救環(huán)境、護(hù)理記錄單的設(shè)計(jì)及書(shū)寫(xiě)都給予了好評(píng)。本次學(xué)習(xí)班不僅給急診各位護(hù)理同仁增加了學(xué)習(xí)交流的機(jī)會(huì)，也促進(jìn)了各醫(yī)院之間的友誼，為病人創(chuàng)造更好的治療環(huán)境，為醫(yī)院的發(fā)展提供更好的平臺(tái)。
New Developments of Emergency Medical Care
After the sucessful conclusion of the JCI primary review, the Nursing Department of our hospital gave another trainning course about ‘New Developments of Emergency Medical Care’, which was held in the Conference Room of A22# on 21st Jun, 2013. This tranning course amis to improve the success rate of emergency rescue. Experts from Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, the Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University and she are invited to give lectures for the course. It brings the academic exchanges from hospitals of different cities.
The Tranning course opened at 8:00am on June 21st . Our trainees benefited a lot from the vivid lectures with rich content. The head nurse, the specialised nurse--Wang Mingming of our Department and the specialised nurse of Emergency Department—Qing heng gave a wonderful lecture ， which encouraged a heated discussion and the atmosphere reached its climax. This tranning coures finished with achievements at 16:00pm on 22nd June.
After the training, experts of each hospital ,led by the leading nurse –Ms Wang , visited the Emergency Rescue Room of our Department. They all speak highly of the environment, the design and writing of our Nursing Records. This coures not only provides opportunities for learning , but also set up the friendship between hospitals. It offers a great way for our development and the better environment for treatment.
